Mr Nizam Jazeel C Nijamudeen is the Principal Lawyer at DNJ Legal, bringing over 20 years of experience in Australian migration law. He is a highly regarded practitioner with extensive expertise in skilled migration, protection visas (subclass 866), partner visas, and employer-sponsored programs including subclass 482 and 186.

Jazeel has successfully represented hundreds of refugee and humanitarian applicants, including those who arrived as illegal maritime arrivals. He regularly appears before the Department of Home Affairs, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), and has led judicial review matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court.

In addition to migration law, Jazeel offers legal services in family law—focusing on divorce and child protection—and in commercial and employment matters. 

He also advises businesses across various sectors, including healthcare and engineering, on sponsoring overseas professionals and establishing Australian ventures under the business innovation and investment visa streams.

With a legal foundation shaped by his family background and legal practice across Australia, Jazeel combines legal precision with a deep understanding of Australia's cultural and regulatory landscape. 

He holds qualifications from Monash University, RMIT, Victoria University, and the College of Law, and has completed the Legal Practice Management Course with the Law Institute of Victoria.

With strong leadership and organisational skills, she excels in overseeing the full scope of property and conveyancing matters—from initial instruction through to settlement. Her deep understanding of client needs, attention to detail, and commitment to smooth and timely transactions ensure that every property matter is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.
